RENATO BARISANI. Sperimentatore nel tempo. Opere dal 1935 al 2011

Master in postwar abstract art, Renato Barisani was an important experimenter of techniques and languages, from painting to installation, from sculpture to applied arts.
The exhibition was held at the Pinacoteca Comunale of Gaeta and was curated by Giorgio Agnisola and Fabio Barisani (22nd July and – 8th October 2017). The exhibition was provided of a catalogue containing a vast iconographic selection of his works that interprets his historic-artistic career looking back at his fundamental role inside the Gruppo Concretista Napoletano, the mechanical period and the Neo-Constructionism and Abstract period, named as “organic”.
